A Woodstock man will be back in court next month to answer to charges of break-and-enter and unlawful entry into a woman’s home in Gagetown late last year and earlier this year.

Joshua Alexander Russell, 35, of Maxwell Street, made his first appearance Tuesday in Fredericton provincial court on three RCMP charges.
