A Woodstock man will be back in court next month to answer to charges of break-and-enter and unlawful entry into a woman’s home in Gagetown late last year and earlier this year.
Joshua Alexander Russell, 35, of Maxwell Street, made his first appearance Tuesday in Fredericton provincial court on three RCMP charges.
He’s accused of breaking into the Gagetown home of Rachel Webb and stealing a generator belonging to her Dec. 19, and unlawfully entering her home March 7 with intent to commit an offence.
