Millville man reported missing - RCMP
Brandon Pickel, 29, last seen in early-morning hours of Monday in Grafton, near Woodstock
Update: Brandon Pickel’s remains were found Thursday.
Police are concerned about a Millville man who was reported as missing Monday, and they’re hoping members of the public can aid in the effort to locate him.
The RCMP’s Western Region Valley detachment issued a news release Tuesday morning about Brandon Pickel, 29, of Millville, about 40 kilometres east of Woodstock.
“Brandon Pickel was last seen on Nov. 25, at approximately 1 a.m., near the intersection of Route 105 and the Grafton Bridge, in Grafton, N.B.,” it said.
Grafton is just a couple of kilometres east of Woodstock, on the other side of the Saint John River.
“He was reported missing to police the same day,” the release said.
“Police have followed up on several leads to try and locate him, but have so far been unsuccessful. Police and his family are concerned for his well-being.”
Pickel is described as being about 5’9” (175 centimetres) tall, weighing about 200 pounds (91 kilograms), with brown eyes and hair.
“He has a tattoo of brass knuckles on his left hand and another tattoo of a clock on his right hand,” the release said.
