Missing Middle Hainesville man found safe
RCMP sought tips on location of Glendon Smith, 60, who was reported missing Monday
A Middle Hainesville man who’d been reported as missing for several days in the past week has been found and is safe, the RCMP reports.
The Keswick detachment of the RCMP issued a news release Tuesday about Glendon Smith, 60, of Middle Hainesville, about 45 kilometres west of Fredericton.
“Glendon Smith was last seen on Oct. 4, 2024, at approximately 6 p.m., on Highway 104, near Middle Hainesville. He was reported missing to police on Oct. 7,” it said.
In an update posted Thursday, though, the Mounties reported that Smith had been located and was safe. The RCMP thanked the public for its assistance.
