Meth-trafficking suspect denied bail
Province applies to seize luxury car from Thayer Osborne, 31, arguing it’s proceeds of crime
A Fredericton man accused of twice possessing meth for the purpose of trafficking this year was denied bail this week, and in another court, the province is applying to seize a high-end car from him.
Thayer Justin Osborne, 31, of Regent Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Monday by video conference from the Southeast Regional Correctional Centre in Shediac for a bail hearing.
He faces charges of possessing methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking in Fredericton on May 30 and again July 28.
