Lincoln man had more than double legal limit
Jack Francis White, 21, impatiently pulled around police cruiser when impaired at wheel
A Lincoln man who honked at traffic and impatiently pulled around other vehicles - including a police cruiser - proved to be driving drunk at the time, court heard Wednesday.
Jack Francis White, 21, of Maple Leaf Drive, pleaded guilty in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday to a charge of having an elevated blood-alcohol level within two hours of driving.

Crown prosecutor Rodney Jordan said the charge arose April 5 after a Fredericton police officer, sitting in traffic, heard some loud honking.
