Lincoln man faces sex-assault charge
Lucas Thebeau, 20, to return to court in three weeks to enter plea to summary count
A Lincoln man found himself before a judge Wednesday on an allegation of sexual assault, and he’ll be back in court next month to enter a plea.
Lucas Thebeau, 20, of Jackie Street, made his first appearance in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday on a summary count of sexual assault.
The RCMP charge alleges he committed the offence Feb. 26 in Lincoln.
