Two weeks after he masturbated in a park in front of two women and their kids, a homeless man followed a woman and her two young daughters for more than a kilometre, court heard Friday.
Abas Suleiman Mohamed, 32, of no fixed address, appeared by video-conference from a provincial jail Friday in Fredericton provincial court for sentencing.
He pleaded last month to May 8 counts of committing an indecent act and breaching his probation; May 21 counts of breaching the conditions of a police undertaking and his probation; and May 27 counts of criminally harassing a woman and again breaching his probation.
