Indecent-act suspect sprung on conditions
Crown withdraws objection to release of Jason Alexander Parker, 38, of no fixed address
An unhoused man accused of exposing his genitals in public has been released from custody on conditions and is set to return to court later this month to enter a plea.
Jason Alexander Parker, 38, of no fixed address, was scheduled to go through a bail hearing in Fredericton provincial court Thursday, but prosecutor Brett Stanford said the Crown was no longer objecting to his release.
