A Nova Scotia man facing allegations of sexual offences against his younger sister a decade ago has a new lawyer who will represent him at his upcoming trial.
Robert Philip Warrington, 29, formerly of New Maryland and Harvey and now living in Dartmouth, N.S., was charged late last year with counts of incest, sexual assault, sexual touching, invitation to sexual touching, voyeurism and provision of sexually explicit material to a minor.
The charges all relate to his younger sister, Jasmine Warrington, and are alleged to have occurred in Harvey between Sept. 7, 2013, and Dec. 31, 2016.
