Hoyt man denies revenge-porn charges
Jake Charlton, 27, says he hasn’t retained defence counsel yet but hopes to before trial
A Hoyt man accused of sharing compromising images of two people earlier this year denied those allegations as well as a probation charge, and he’ll stand trial next summer.
Jake Charlton, 27, of Route 101, was back in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday, facing three summary charges.
He pleaded not guilty Tuesday to two counts of sharing intimate images of a woman and a man at Charters Settlement on Feb. 1, and to a Feb. 10 count of breaching a condition of his probation barring him from contact with the female complainant.
