Homeless burglary suspect has died

Break-in charge against Richard Graham Anderson, 60, of no fixed address, withdrawn

The Crown withdrew a charge against a homeless man alleging he broke into a downtown restaurant this summer because the defendant has died.

Richard Graham Anderson, 60, of no fixed address, was released from custody on conditions last month after the Fredericton Police Force charged him with break, enter and theft at RustiCo on King Street on July 17.
