A Fredericton-based home-construction company is facing two charges laid by the province’s workplace-safety watchdog agency stemming from a worker sustaining multiple broken bones last fall.

Today’s Homes Ltd. - doing business as Northrup Homes - was scheduled for its first appearance in Fredericton provincial court Monday on two counts under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
