A Lake George man accused of leading police on a dangerous chase until high at the wheel earlier this month asked Tuesday for his bail hearing to be postponed.
Christopher David Wayne Price, 53, of Route 635, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday, scheduled to go through a bail hearing.
He faces Nov. 3 counts of dangerous driving, flight from police, driving while impaired by a drug and refusal of a drug evaluation, all in Fredericton.
Price is also accused of assaulting Andrea Price by choking her at Lake George between Dec. 25, 2022, and Feb. 11. 2023, and of failing to attend court Oct. 7.
