A Hawkins Corner man accused of sexual offences involving two different underage complainants denied the allegations Wednesday, and his trial was set for a year from now.

Christopher Brian Robert Jones, 35, of Nackawic Siding Road in Hawkins Corner, located about 40 kilometres east of Woodstock, was back in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday, scheduled to elect mode of trial and enter pleas to serious charges alleging sexual offences years ago.

He was accompanied by Shane Hill, a legal articling student, acting as an agent for Fredericton defence lawyer Emily Cochrane.

Hill said Jones was electing to be tried in provincial court and pleading not guilty to all charges.
