Harvey Station man accused of torching SUV
Michael Alexander Murphy, 20, in process of applying for legal aid for indictable charge
A former Harvey Station resident is set to return to court later this month to elect mode of trial and enter a plea to an arson charge, as well as a breach of conditions.
Michael Alexander Murphy, 20, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday to face two charges.
He’s accused of causing damage by fire intentionally to a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander belonging to Taylor Forrett and of breaching a release order by failing to reside at a Hazen Lane address in Harvey Station.
