Harvey man denies stolen-firearms charges
Paul Glenwood Martin, 59, accused of illegal transfer of rifles, other weapons offences
A Harvey man accused of stealing firearms, possessing stolen weapons and illegal transfers of those items has denied the charges against him.
Paul Glenwood Martin, 59, of Tweedside Road, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Thursday to answer to numerous charges related to illegal firearms transactions and thefts, alleged to have occurred in McAdam between Aug. 3, 2018, and April 7, 2024.
