Harvey incest investigation ‘ongoing’ - Crown
Disclosure provided to counsel for Robert Philip Warrington, 28, prosecutor says, but police still delving into another element of defendant’s alleged sex crimes against younger sister
Even though charges were laid last year alleging a New Maryland man sexually abused his younger sister, investigators are still probing an aspect of the case, a prosecutor said Thursday.
Robert Philip Warrington, 28, of Douglas Crescent, faces RCMP charges of incest, sexual assault, sexual touching, invitation to sexual touching, voyeurism and provision of sexually explicit material to a minor.
All counts allege crimes against a lone complainant - the defendant’s younger sister, Jasmine Warrington - in Harvey between Sept. 7, 2013, and Dec. 31, 2016.
