Grand Lake-area man accused of incest
Charges allege 54-year-old man committed sex crimes against daughter between 2010-14
A man from the Grand Lake area near Minto and Chipman will be back in court next month to answer to charges alleging he perpetrated sexual offences - including incest - against his own daughter.
The 54-year-old defendant made his first appearance in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday to face five indictable charges, alleged to have occurred between Jan. 1, 2010, and Dec. 31, 2014, in a small community in the Grand Lake area.

Because of the nature of the charges, prosecutor Kyle Horsman asked the court to order a publication ban to protect the identity of the complainant.
Judge Mélanie Poirier LeBlanc granted that order.
