City woman drove into oncoming traffic
Taylor Lynn Neal, 29, fined, barred from driving after admitting to refusing breath demand
A Fredericton woman who drove on the wrong side of the road earlier this year, forcing oncoming cars to veer to avoid her, refused to provide a breath sample when police pulled her over, court heard Tuesday.
Taylor Lynn Neal, 29, of Beaverbrook Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday to answer to two related charges: refusing a demand for a sample of her breath and dangerous driving.
She pleaded guilty to the former count.
Crown prosecutor Patricia Gillett said the charges arose as a result of March 8 events in Fredericton.
