Fredericton man denies long list of offences
Timothy Robert Dunphy, 50, faces more than dozen counts by RCMP, Fredericton police
A Fredericton man facing numerous criminal charges from two police forces denied the allegations against him this week.
Timothy Robert Dunphy, 50, of Victory Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday by telephone from the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre, and on hand in the courtroom to represent him was defence lawyer Tim Murphy.
Dunphy was in court to answer to a long list of charges alleged to have occurred last fall.
