Fredericton man denies business break-in
Andrew Edwards, 31, opts for provincial-court trial on charge alleging April 2023 offence
A Fredericton man will return to court next month for a case-management conference after pleading not guilty Monday to breaking into a southside business a year ago.
Andrew Edwards, 31, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Monday with defence lawyer Gwynne Hearn.
He faces a Fredericton Police Force charge alleging he did break and enter the premises of BGC Engineering on Beaverbrook Court on April 30, 2023.
