Depar Hlwan Ok, 30, faces charge alleging he secretly recorded people in private setting
A Fredericton man will be back in court in May to answer to a charge that he made a visual recording of people without their knowledge two years ago.
Depar Hlwan Ok, 30, of Main Street, made his first court appearance Thursday on a criminal count of voyeurism.
The charge alleges that he surreptitiously made a visual recording of a person or persons who had a reasonable expectation of privacy.
