Fredericton firm admits to safety violation
WorkSafeNB charged Jace Construction after worker sustained injuries in fall at jobsite
A Fredericton construction company will be sentenced later this month after it admitted this week to failing to ensure worker safety on a worksite last year.

Defence lawyer Dawson Harrison appeared in Fredericton provincial court on behalf of Jace Construction on Monday to answer to a charge under the Occupational Health and Safety Act laid by WorkSafeNB, the province’s workplace-safety watchdog agency.
