Fraud suspect faces new no-show charge
Another arrest warrant issued Thursday for Tyler Joshua Depow, 33, formerly of Rusagonis
A former Rusagonis resident wanted on outstanding fraud and counterfeit-currency charges now faces a new criminal count: ditching court.
Tyler Joshua Depow, 33, of no fixed address, was charged in Fredericton provincial court Thursday with breaching a release order by failing to attend court Dec. 14 as he was required to do.
Given the nature of the charge, prosecutor Jennifer Bueno said, the Crown was seeking a warrant to be issued for Depow’s arrest in the first instance.
