Darren Reginald Benjamin, 39, of no fixed address, faces indecent act, shoplifting charges

A Fredericton-area man scheduled to appear in court Tuesday to answer to a flashing charge appeared in custody Wednesday after being picked up on a warrant.

Darren Reginald Benjamin, 39, of no fixed address, was scheduled to be in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday for his first appearance on a charge of committing an indecent act by exposing his genitals with the intent to insult or offend someone.

The count alleges an incident May 26 in Fredericton.
