Firearms suspect is no-show - again
Callum James McGraw, 36, of Bilijk First Nation, previously released on conditions twice
A Bilijk (Kingsclear) First Nation facing serious firearms charges wasn’t present when the court called his case Monday, and it wasn’t the first time it had happened in his case.
Callum James McGraw, 36, of Geegan Street, was scheduled to enter pleas on some charges in Fredericton provincial court and to confirm counsel and trial dates on others.
He’d previously elected to be tried in provincial court and pleaded not guilty to charges of possessing a stolen rifle and shotgun; violating a court order prohibiting him from possessing firearms; possessing them without a licence, and knowing he didn’t have a licence; possessing a stolen pellet gun, chainsaw and tool set; and being unlawfully at large.
