Fentanyl-trafficking suspect forgoes bail
Perry John Kervin, 43, of no fixed address, requests multiple charges be sent to plea court
A Fredericton man accused of a variety of charges - including possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking - opted this week to pass on a bail hearing for the time being.
Perry John Kervin, 43, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court remotely from the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre on Thursday, scheduled to go through a bail hearing.
However, Kervin told court he wasn’t seeking to go ahead with the bail hearing.
