A Fredericton man in custody on narcotics-trafficking allegations denied an indictable charge and two lesser breach charges Monday, and his trial was set for next fall.
Jacob James Phillips, 24, of Brunswick Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Monday by telephone from the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre.
He faces Oct. 5 counts of possessing fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking and breaching a judicial release order barring him from having contact with Brittany Paul and Kent Fox.
