Scott Alexander Morrison, 43, of Sylvan Court in Fredericton, appeared by telephone from the Southeast Regional Correctional Centre in Campbellton to answer to an April 5 charge of being unlawfully at large in violation of a federal sentence.

Defence counsel Michael Mallory said his client was pleading guilty and was seeking to proceed directly to sentencing.
