Two months after an excavator operator severed a gas line in Fredericton that was visibly marked, he did so again on another jobsite in the capital, court heard Tuesday.
Delton Charles Lewis Sullivan, 34, of Eyre Street in Noonan, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday to answer to two outstanding charges alleging workplace-safety violations.

He pleaded guilty Tuesday to failing to conduct himself in a manner to ensure his health and safety, and those of others, on Fredericton jobsites on Aug. 27 and again on Oct. 2, both under the provincial Occupational Health and Safety Act.
