About 25,000 NB Power customers found themselves without electricity in Fredericton on Tuesday morning after a dump-truck bucket made contact with power lines.

A dump truck appears to have been unloading at the corner of West Hills Crossing and Summerhill Row when its bucket struck overhead wires at about 9 a.m. Tuesday.
