Drunk driver rolled car this spring
Kisenge Anthony Mbaga, 23, of Fredericton, ordered to get treatment and/or counselling
A Fredericton man who rolled his car on a rural road and proved to have more than double the legal limit of booze in his system was fined Tuesday, barred from driving and ordered to get treatment.
Kisenge Anthony Mbaga, 23, of Dundonald Street, pleaded guilty in Fredericton provincial court in late August to a charge of having an elevated blood-alcohol level within two hours of driving.
His sentencing hearing was postponed so the Crown could seek a victim-impact statement, and Mbaga was back in court Tuesday afternoon for the conclusion of the case.
