The day after a warrant was issued for an Oromocto woman’s arrest for her non-appearance in court on charges of impaired driving causing bodily harm, she was released again on conditions.

Susan Marie Mossop, 47, of Hiawatha Avenue, was supposed to be in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday to elect mode of trial and enter pleas to charges of having an excessive blood-drug concentration in her system within two hours of driving; driving while impaired by a drug, thereby causing bodily harm to Dennis and Judy Doucette; and leaving the scene of an injurious accident in Fredericton on Aug. 6, 2025.
