Trial for Nicholas MacDonald, 29, on cocaine-possession allegation to be set next month
A man accused of possessing a dangerously addictive drug for trafficking purposes denied the allegation Wednesday.
Nicholas MacDonald, 29, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday with defence counsel Matthew Oliver to answer to an Aug. 2 charge that he possessed cocaine for the purpose of trafficking in French Village, located just a few kilometres west of Fredericton, near Lower Kingsclear.
