Drug dealer sentenced to almost four years
Christopher Scott Phillips, 42, admitted to having meth, fentanyl, for purpose of trafficking
A Zealand man is headed to federal prison after admitting to drug-trafficking and stolen-property crimes, among others.
Christopher Scott Phillips, 42, of Crouse Road, appeared by video conference from jail Tuesday for a sentencing hearing on numerous indictable charges.
He’d previously pleaded guilty to possessing hydromorphone, cocaine, fentanyl, meth and Xanax for the purpose of trafficking, as well as possessing a stolen vehicle, break-in instruments, cash deemed to be the proceeds of crime, and bullets while prohibited by a court order.
He also admitted to impaired driving and driving while suspended.
