Double no-show suspect released again
Bradley John Madore, 34, of no fixed address, also faces stolen-firearms allegations
A Fredericton man arrested on an outstanding warrant after missing court twice last month was released on conditions once again this week.
Bradley John Madore, 34, of no fixed address, was scheduled to appear in Fredericton provincial court last month to answer to indictable charges alleged to have occurred a year ago.
He faces counts of breaking into a residence and garage on St. Mary’s Street, stealing firearms from the garage and possessing stolen firearms: a 308 lever-action rifle, two 12-gauge shotguns, a 22-250 bolt-action rifle, a 22 single-shot rifle and a 410 single-shot rifle.
The Fredericton Police Force charges stem from May 10, 2023, events.
