Disclosure made in double-murder case
File detailing evidence against Corey Agnew, 34, of Minto, is “voluminous,” says defence
Almost three months after two Grand Lake-area men were arrested and charged with two counts of murder, the prosecution has turned over disclosure to the defence, court heard Thursday.
Corey Agnew, 34, of Willow Street in Minto, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by telephone from the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre on Thursday.
He was arrested in January and charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the Nov. 25 deaths of Robert (Robbie) Wayne Waugh, 47, and Victoria King, 23.
