A Central Waterville man denied a charge this week that he pointed a shotgun at another man two months ago, and his trial has been set for late 2026.
John Kevin Crichton, 31, of Highway 595, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by telephone Tuesday, and his defence counsel, Daniel Leger, was on hand in person for the proceeding.
