A Debec woman accused of stealing money from Fredericton’s hospital and filing a false police report about a robbery is headed to trial on those allegations.
Julie James, 35, of Debec Road in Debec, about 100 kilometres west of Fredericton, wasn’t present for her latest appearance in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday, but her defence counsel, legal-aid staff lawyer Gwynne Hearn, was on hand to represent her.
