Crown consents to suspect’s release - again
Drake Douglas Branscombe, 37, of Fredericton, accused breaking into downtown bar
After the Crown consented to a break-in suspect’s release earlier this month, the defendant found himself in custody again, accused of breaching the terms of his release.
And on Thursday, the prosecution again agreed to spring him from custody.
Drake Douglas Branscombe, 37, of Union Street, finds himself before the courts on charges of breaking into the Front Yard Bar on King Street on June 27, possessing meth June 28, breaching his probation on both occasions, and failing to report to his probation officer June 25.
