A Lincoln couple is jointly charged with a serious allegation of sexual assault, alleged to have occurred more than a year ago.
Kevin Brawn, 24, and Haley Fraser, 20, both of Susan Drive in Lincoln, were set to make their first appearances in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday to answer to a recently laid charge.
They’re jointly accused of committing a sexual assault against a complainant Feb. 9, 2024, in Lincoln.
