Cops still mum on Fredericton realtor’s death
Kevin MacDonald, 69, found dead Jan. 8, but police still haven’t said if foul play is suspected
Almost two months after Kevin MacDonald was found dead in a Fredericton home, the police force handling the case still isn’t saying if it’s a homicide investigation.
MacDonald, 69, who was a well-known real-estate agent in the capital for decades, was found dead in a southside home, police reported last month.
“On Monday, Jan. 8, 2024, at approximately 21h20, [the] Fredericton Police Force responded to a call for service of a sudden death at a residence on the south side of Fredericton,” the Fredericton Police Force stated in a Jan. 12 news release, noting the decedent was identified as MacDonald.
“At this time, police are unable to rule out foul play.”
