City woman denies forgery, fraud charges
Jennifer Archibald, 41, will be back in provincial court next month to schedule trial dates
Through defence counsel, a Fredericton woman has denied allegations she forged cheques and bilked someone in the capital of cash over the course of two years.
Jennifer Archibald, 41, of Sumac Street, was scheduled to appear in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday to elect mode of trial and enter pleas to indictable charges.
While she wasn’t present, defence lawyer Alex Pate appeared on her behalf.
