Robin Lynn-Ann Seeley, 40, of MacPherson Street, was scheduled to enter pleas in Fredericton provincial court Thursday to two charges - one under the Criminal Code Canada, the other under the New Brunswick SPCA Act - essentially alleging the same offence.

The charges say Selley failed to provide a dog in her possession or care with adequate food, water and/or care in Fredericton between Nov. 22 and Dec. 5.
