A Fredericton woman will return to court in a couple of weeks to answer to charges alleging she failed to care properly for a dog in her care.
Robin Lynn-Ann Seeley, 39, of MacPherson Street, made her initial appearance in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday to answer to two charges.
