A Fredericton man is headed to trial on drug-trafficking allegations, including meth and fentanyl charges, after denying those counts and more Wednesday.
Stephen Dexter MacFarlane, 36, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday to answer to serious drug charges.
He elected to be tried in provincial court and pleaded not guilty to July 3 counts of trafficking in methamphetamine, fentanyl, hydromorphone and benzodiazepine, as well as breaching his probation in the process.
