City man held on break-in, fentanyl charges
Perry John Kervin, 43, of no fixed address, asks to delay bail hearing to develop release plan
A Fredericton-area man accused of possessing fentanyl for trafficking purposes in March and breaking into a southside home this past weekend is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Perry John Kervin, 43, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by telephone Tuesday afternoon from the city police station cellblock.
Jennifer Lord, a legal articling clerk with the Crown prosecutors’ office, objected to Kervin’s release on a variety of new charges laid in court that day.
