City man denies pool-hall robbery
Darrin Alexander Chalmers, 33, still doesn’t have counsel, missed legal-aid appointment
A Fredericton man is headed to trial on charges alleging he robbed a northside pool hall last summer.
Darrin Alexander Chalmers, 33, of Union Street, was back in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday to elect mode of trial and enter pleas on indictable charges.
He faces charges of robbing an employee of Dooly’s on Main Street of money and masking his face with a scarf during the incident, alleged to have occurred July 3.
