City man denies narcotics, weapons charges
Kelly Lee Moses, 59, to stand trial next summer on trafficking, firearms allegations
A Fredericton man accused of drug-trafficking and weapons offences on two occasions last summer denied the charges Wednesday, and his trials will be held in 2026.
Kelly Lee Moses, 59, of Woodbridge Street, was accompanied to Fredericton provincial court Wednesday by defence lawyer Tim Murphy.
The defendant was set to answer to a total of 15 charges stemming from two incidents last year.
Moses elected to be tried in provincial court and pleaded not guilty to all counts.
