A Fredericton man on remand is headed to trial in early 2026 on allegations including carjacking, drug possession and fleeing from police.

Justin Andrew Price, 24, of Eastwood Street, was scheduled to elect mode of trial and enter pleas Monday in Fredericton provincial court to Feb. 28 counts of robbing Kumar of a 2021 Hyundai Kona by using violence, fleeing from police in that vehicle, obtaining land transportation from Kumar under false pretences and possessing cocaine, as well as a Feb. 15 count of driving while prohibited.
